Your new role

This is a newly created role to add extra strength to the HR team. You will work the afternoon shift with cross over with the People & Culture Manager.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, in this newly created role you will

  • Take responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle (i.e. onboarding and compliance)
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with reporting requirements in relation to visa programs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Proactively manage employees across, absenteeism, welfare and disciplinary action as required
  • Manage and implement the Return to Work and Workers Compensation program in compliance with Procedures and guidance
  • Liaise and support the Operations production team in employee concerns and management
  • Monitor and implement applicable Policies, Procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with both internal processes and legislation
  • Monitor and implement accommodation processes.
  • Work with and maintain a strong relationship with the senior leadership team
