In this fast‑paced HR Admin Officer role, you’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day HR enquiries, helping deliver a smooth and positive experience for employees and leaders. You’ll work closely with HR Advisors and Business Partners, providing essential administrative support across people processes, projects and compliance activities.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating documentation, maintaining HR records, assisting with reporting, supporting policy updates and responding to routine HR queries. You’ll also play an active part in continuous improvement activities that enhance the employee experience and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing HR team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll bring strong administrative capability, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in building your HR knowledge. You’ll have clear, professional communication skills, a customer‑focused mindset and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience in HR or a similar administrative role will be an advantage, but your positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborative approach will be just as important.
