Based in South East Melbourne, this FMCG manufacturing organisation is looking for an HR Manager to oversee their operations. This will be a permanent ongoing role looking for an immediate starter, paying up to $150k + super.
Your new role
As an HR Manager, you will be an individual contributor, partnering with business leaders on HR best practices, developing and implementing initiatives based on business needs. You will have to be comfortable being on-site most days of the week, as you will be the go-to-person for everything HR, such as compliance, recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, training and culture development. Some of the key projects include EBA renewal, job description revamp and culture development.
