Reporting to the Senior Director overseas, this role involves close collaboration with the team to support the delivery of the People & Culture (P&C) agenda, which is closely aligned with the overall business strategy.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the operations in Australia and New Zealand. Leading a small team, the successful candidate will enhance organisational culture, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, uphold company policies and procedures, and align local practices with our global standards to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Human Resources team.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Enhance the employee experience and optimise HR processes.
- Utilise workforce data to provide strategic insights.
- Address capability and capacity gaps.
- Align HR processes with best practices and legislation.
- Support leaders in driving organisational change.
- Travel occasionally within Australia.
