• Lead the HR branch in delivering consultancy services across recruitment, policy, compliance, performance, and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support strategic and operational goals.
• Advise senior management on workforce strategies and resolution of workplace issues.
• Manage relationships with unions and liaise with government departments on contentious matters.
• Oversee grievance, discipline, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with public sector legislation and HR standards.
• Represent the institution on internal and external bodies as required.

• Have a HR related degree
• Proven experience in leading HR teams and delivering strategic HR services.
• Strong knowledge of public sector HR frameworks, legislation, and industrial instruments.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and workforce development.
