Your new company

We are partnering with an established mining company in search of a FIFO HR Manager from Melbourne to Tasmania. This is a 3–6 month temporary contract paying up to $170k + super.

Your new role

As an HR Manager, you will be the sole contributor managing day-to-day HR operations with a 9:5 or 7:7 FIFO roster. Key responsibilities would be recruitment, workers' compensation management and leading EBA negotiations for the organisation. You will also act as the business partner to the General Manager and a very supportive leadership team on best people practices.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in EBA negotiations
• To be comfortable working autonomously in a remote FIFO setting
• Strategic HR background while being hands-on in HR operations
