Your new role
This standalone HR Generalist role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and taking ownership of all HR processes, which are currently handled by managers following a period of HR instability. Recruitment will be a key focus, particularly for blue-collar roles, as the business continues to grow. The successful candidate will also lead the employee engagement strategy, building on recent survey results, and drive the effective use of Microsoft Business Central to support HR operations in line with business priorities. Additional responsibilities include managing employee grievances, performance management, training and development, onboarding, contract administration, and other core HR functions.
