Based in Melbourne CBD, this education institution is looking for a proactive HR generalist to join their team. They are looking for someone to join them as soon as possible, paying up to 100k + super.
Your new role
As a HR generalist, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, disciplinary matters and more. You will be the go-to person for all HR matters, advising and partnering managers on the best people practices in collaboration with the HR team. This is a new headcount within the organisation, and you will have the opportunity to make this role your own based on the organisation's needs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
4 to 5 years' HR generalist experience
Prior achievements showing leadership and stakeholder management skills
To be independent and resourceful
