Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will shape a positive employee experience that drives retention, development, and growth. You will empower the workforce, nurture engagement, and collaborate with leadership to foster a high-performing culture.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Inclusive Work Environment: Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee engagement, benefits, and recognition programs.
Process Improvements: Identify and implement efficiencies using data and feedback.
Performance Management: Address and resolve performance and industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Manager Guidance: Support managers in performance improvement, succession planning, and career development.
Continuous Learning: Oversee training programs and provide expert coaching to leaders.
HR Projects: Lead initiatives that align people strategies with business goals, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
What you will need
Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience: HR Business Partner role in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Project Experience: Shaping HR culture and engagement initiatives.
Skills/Attributes: Subject-matter expert with a fun, creative, and innovative approach.
Leadership: People-focused leader who adheres to the Code of Conduct and company policies.
