As they continue to evolve, they’re seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team and drive meaningful change.

About your role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. You’ll lead HR projects, contribute to policy development, and play a key role in embedding the People & Culture strategy. This is a hands-on role where your ability to influence, coach and collaborate will be highly valued.

What you need
  • To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
    • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a complex or multi-site environment
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and industrial relations
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work autonomously
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
