HR Business Partner

As the HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders to deliver forward‑thinking people initiatives that lift capability, strengthen engagement, and support organisational growth. You’ll provide trusted advice across the full employee life cycle while leading continuous improvement across HR processes and frameworks.

What you’ll do
Partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce and people plans
Provide expert guidance across performance, ER/IR, and organisational development
Lead initiatives that enhance culture, capability, and engagement
Use data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement
Support change programmes and coach leaders through transformation
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in a HRBP or senior advisory role
Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence navigating complex matters
Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Passion for driving positive cultural and organisational outcomes
