We’re partnering exclusively with a leading organisation to find an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a hybrid blue- and white-collar environment. This role is based in western Sydney and does require 4 days on-site with parking available. This role has a flexible salary depending on experience, from $110,000 - $120,000k plus super.

Your new role

• Provide HR consultation and support to managers and employees
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
• Facilitate onboarding and support training initiatives
• Assist with compensation, benefits, and salary reviews
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and records
• Contribute to HR projects including D&I and engagement programs

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in both blue- and white-collar environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in managing ER issues and providing HR guidance
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
