Your New Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Services Manager to lead the hospital’s administration team. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of 40 administrative staff and ensuring the delivery of efficient, patient-focused administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain exceptional customer service standards for patients, families, staff, and visitors
- Ensure smooth and confidential administrative workflows aligned with industry best practices
- Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making
- Build strong relationships with medical specialists and external partners
- Champion a safe and healthy workplace culture
- Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance
- Manage financial and resource planning across the administration function
