Job Opportunity: Gardener – High-End Residential Gardens

Location: Eastern Suburbs & North Shore, Sydney
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 + Super + Work Vehicle

Are you passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented gardener to join a thriving garden maintenance company that covers some of Sydney’s most prestigious residential properties.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the care and enhancement of high-end residential gardens, ensuring every detail reflects excellence. From seasonal planting to meticulous pruning, your work will contribute to serene, luxurious outdoor environments.

What We’re Looking For
  • Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred)
  • Proven experience in high-end residential gardening
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and professional attitude
