Job Title: Horticulture Supervisor

About Us:
A leading garden maintenance company is looking for an experienced Horticulture Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of horticulture professionals.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of horticulture professionals.
Plan, schedule, and execute horticultural projects.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to the team.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading teams.
Certificate III in Horticulture
White card
Full, clean driving licence
Work with children’s checks or are willing to obtain one
National police check or willing to obtain one
