• Manage credit applications from lead to post-settlement
• Provide borrowing power assessments and issue approvals
• Build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to support members
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
• Support loan retention strategies and respond to member enquiries

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years’ home lending experience
• Strong communication, organisation, and member service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Passion for helping members succeed financially
• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or Tier 2 Accreditation
