• Operating construction hoists to transport personnel and materials safely and efficiently across site.
• Coordinating with site supervisors, crane crews, and trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitoring hoist operation to maintain safety compliance at all times.
• Managing high-volume movement on a busy CBD construction site.
• Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance of hoist equipment.
• Maintaining clear communication with site teams and following site procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience operating construction hoists on commercial or high-rise projects.
• Valid Hoist Personnel & Materials (HP) Licence.
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with site teams.
