An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. This role is open to candidates based in Sydney, Central Coast, or Newcastle.

Your New Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll provide technical support across a range of client environments, resolving Level 2 desktop and cloud-related issues. You’ll assist with the installation and configuration of IT infrastructure including servers, PCs, switches, routers, and wireless access points. You’ll also conduct audits and ensure systems are secure, efficient, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in a Managed Services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2008–2022)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Admin Portal, Directory Sync)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access policies
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
