Your new role
As a skilled and experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of trucks and buses.
Key Responsibilities- All service and maintenance requirements on the customer’s fleet
- Ability to work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with colleagues, customers, and drivers
- Document all repairs including parts usage
- Par-take in the on-call roster with regular overtime
- Strong Work and Health Safety commitment
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Cert 3 Mechanical trade certificate/qualification with experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Good diagnostic ability with welding and fabrication experience is beneficial.
- Current HC driver's licence desirable
- Attention to detail and customer focus
