Your new role

Responsibilities will include:

• 2IC to the Team manager
• Supporting leading a team in admissions, switchboard and concierge
• Staff resource management and day to day support and coaching
• Maintain and improve administration processes and procedures
• Ensuring high levels of compliance

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have previous experience in leading and managing people
• Ideally, have experience of the healthcare sector
• Be able to motivate people and create a culture of fun and inclusion
• Strong organisation skills have the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
