This leading government body is seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner to help shape a safe, healthy and high-performing workplace. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and teams to manage risk, support injury management and deliver initiatives that strengthen the organisation's safety and wellbeing culture. Key activities
  • Partner with leaders to identify, assess and manage workplace safety risks
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the TAC Health, Safety & Wellbeing Management System
  • Lead or support incident investigations, risk assessments and hazard management
  • Provide guidance on injury management, return-to-work processes and workers' compensation
  • Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives that support physical and psychological safety
  • Conduct internal assurance audits and compliance activities
  • Drive improvements to incident management and safety processes
  • Help embed a strong, proactive safety culture across the organisation.
Skills and experience
  • Solid understanding of OHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management
  • Experience managing workplace hazards, incidents and injury cases
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
  • Experience supporting HSW policy implementation, investigations and safety initiatives
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent experience
