Your new company is an Australian family-owned company, growing in the utilities space looking for an ambitious graduate to join their Work Health Safety Team as a Health, Safety & Quality Coordinator.

Your new role

In your new role you would be responsible for:

• Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.

• Participate in safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and aiding in implementing corrective actions.

• Support the delivery of safety training sessions and promote awareness of safe work practices.

• Learn about quality management systems and aid in maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Assist in quality control activities, including inspections and data collection, ensuring products meet customer requirements.

• Support analysis of quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Participate in HSQ training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in health, safety, and quality management.

• Engage with operational teams to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in HSQ practices.

• Contribute ideas and insights to foster a culture of safety and quality excellence within the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need:

• A NSW driving licence

• Bachelor degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Science or a similar discipline

• Desire to work in a business enablement function, partnering with the business on a daily basis to make improvements and ensure success

• Motivation to learn and grow
