Hays is Australia's leading recruitment agency, working with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. Due to continued growth and demand, we are currently seeking experienced Health & Lifestyle Coordinators to support FIFO operations across Western Australia.
Your new role
Our clients are looking for proactive and passionate HLC's to promote health and wellbeing onsite. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and developing health and lifestyle programs for onsite personnel.
- Promoting positive health, wellbeing and fitness initiatives.
- Running group fitness programs.
- Cleaning and maintaining gym facilities and surrounding areas.
- Providing a professional, high-quality service to all personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous personal training experience, ideally within a FIFO HLC environment, along with:
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Australian recognised)
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR (valid within the last 12 months)
- National Police Clearance issued within the last three months (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- Two recent, contactable references from the last 12 months.
