A well‑established, property and development group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function. This is a senior, hands‑on role supporting large‑scale development projects and long‑term asset holding structures, working closely with executive leadership.

Your new role

You will oversee end‑to‑end financial management across multiple entities and development projects, including monthly and annual reporting, group consolidations, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The role will manage development feasibility modelling, project cash flows, budgets, and cost control, while supporting funding drawdowns, lender reporting, and covenant compliance. Working closely with development and construction teams, the role will provide commercial insights, financial analysis, and scenario modelling to support investment, acquisition, and strategic planning decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong background in property, development, or reconstructional finance
• Proven experience managing complex group structures and development reporting
• Solid understanding of project accounting, feasibility analysis, and funding structures
