Your new role
As the Head of Facilities, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the strategic direction, capital planning, maintenance, and development of all campus infrastructure, buildings, and grounds. You will oversee two substantial campuses, ensuring a safe, clean, efficient, and inspiring learning and working environment. Your portfolio will span major capital works, master planning support, WHS compliance, asset management, and event logistics—delivered with a hands-on leadership style and collaborative approach.

What you need to be successful
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within facilities or property services
  • Proven capability in strategic planning, project and asset management, and team leadership
  • A strong grasp of WHS regulations, building codes, and facilities legislation (NSW experience desirable)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound financial acumen with experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience in a school or educational environment (preferred but not essential)
