Your new role
The Head of Credit & Collections is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of customer credit and collections. This role will have oversight of the development and implementation of the credit strategy, leading a large team fostering collaboration across the business to ensure effective credit management, customer experience excellence, and operational readiness.
Lead the development, execution and implementation of a new credit and collections strategy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer service guidelines.
Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide strategic advice and contribute to organisation wide decision making.
Champion change management and readiness across projects.
Deliver accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in credit management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You bring:
Proven leadership in credit management and process improvement, ideally within a utility setting.
Experience in the creation and execution of credit strategies
Expertise in change management and continuous improvement.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with excellent communication skills
Experience managing large teams with an improvement mindset.
