• Lead fundraising initiatives for funds and investment vehicles.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors through networking, referrals, and events
• Collaborate with internal investment teams to develop a deep understanding of the firm’s products and effectively communicate this to prospective investors.
• Oversee investor communications, pitch materials, and due diligence processes
• Help shape the firm’s brand and market positioning within the investment community

• 7+ years of experience in funds management, private wealth, investment banking, or private markets
• Demonstrated track record of raising capital or managing investor relationships in Australia and/or Asia
• Extensive existing network of HNWIs, family offices, and wealth platforms
• Deep understanding of financial products, fund structures, and investor preferences
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a boutique firm environment
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital raising, strong strategic relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate fund strategies through compelling and investor-focused narratives.
