Your New Company:

Our client is a Civil Construction Contractor, focused on the provision of a diverse range of road construction and maintenance services. Also specialising in all asphalt processes.

Together, we are seeking an experienced candidate in the civil construction space, with an exemplary track record in truck driving and similar operator roles. Being well adept with asphalt processes and the ability to operate relevant trucks/vehicles and machinery would be highly advantageous also.

Your New Role:

You will be tasked with driving HC or similar Trucks / Vehicles as well as the operation of relevant machinery - working to provide full-service civil road construction. This role is much more than truck driving alone, and will involve physical aspects, to ensure the delivery of the best end product. Overall, helping the operations team where needed, and providing valuable expertise where required. You can expect:

• Road ranger gear box operation
• Heavy plant operation
• Physical labour / lifting and shifting of resources
• Opportunity for overtime

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• HC licence
• Experience operating heavy plant (Excavator, roller etc)
• Experience with In-Situ Stabilisation and Asphalt Paving (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience in the civil construction industry (Preferred but not essential)
• Be physically fit and capable, to lift 20kgs repetitively
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Be a Hard-working and Focused Individual.
