Experienced Handy Person required for an A Grade commercial building

Your new company

An established facilities maintenance company who specialise in electrical and Carpentry / Handy Person services are looking for an experienced Handy Person to be based on an A Grade commercial building in Sydney’s CBD.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for painting / patching, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, changing lamps, hanging whiteboards, changing roof tiles, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous building maintenance experience, work well in a team environment, have good communication skills, a clear criminal history and be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be awarded an hourly rate of $85,000 + super (you will need to work every 3rd Saturday), holiday / sick pay for an established facilities maintenance company.
