Your new role

As a Guardian, you will:

  • Conduct visits to understand the views and preferences of represented people.

  • Provide information and respond to enquiries from the public and professionals.

  • Make and monitor decisions within delegated authority.

  • Develop knowledge of local services and community needs.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Social Work or Allied Health, or experience in case management (disability/mental health).

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Empathy and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
