Your new role
As a Guardian, you will:
Conduct visits to understand the views and preferences of represented people.
Provide information and respond to enquiries from the public and professionals.
Make and monitor decisions within delegated authority.
Develop knowledge of local services and community needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Social Work or Allied Health, or experience in case management (disability/mental health).
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathy and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
