Join a well-established landscaping and grounds maintenance team servicing government and commercial sites across Western Australia. Known for its hands-on training and welcoming environment, this company takes pride in delivering high-quality outdoor spaces through teamwork and dedication.

Your new role
As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you'll work within a small, tight-knit crew responsible for maintaining green spaces. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Gardening and manual weed removal
- Weed aerification, weeding, and pruning
- Operating whipper snippers and ride-on lawn mowers
- General lawn care and weed control
- Potential for lawn mowing and other landscaping duties
You’ll be part of a team of two to three, including an apprentice, and expected to contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of outdoor areas.

\What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum Certificate II in Horticulture or 5 years’ relevant experience
- White Card
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment and techniques
- A great attitude and willingness to work in a small, collaborative team

What you'll get in return
- Standard working hours: 6:30am to 3:30pm with no overtime
- Enjoy a 9-day fortnight roster (alternating between 5-day and 4-day work weeks)
- Initial 3-week assignment with strong potential to extend into ongoing employment
- Supportive crew environment and hands-on skill development
