Your new company

We are looking for a detail-orientated Graphic Designer with good marketing knowledge to join a global leader in sustainable solutions based in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on role within a small, agile team, working closely with key stakeholders across Australia. You’ll be part of a brand with a strong sustainability mission and a growing portfolio of urban and rural businesses.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Design marketing assets, including digital and print collateral
• Experience with Adobe Suite
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns
• Support eCommerce and website optimisation initiatives
• Coordinate trade shows and capture on-site content (must have a valid driving licence)
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Experience with tools including MailChimp, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Canva would be beneficial
• Contribute to SEO, email marketing, and internal communications
• Participate in daily huddles and use tools like Notion and shared calendars for planning

About you

• 3+ years of marketing experience with a design background
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• An eye for detail and a passion for design
• Knowledge of social media
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
• Must be based in Western Sydney, with a driving licence, for an office-based role (option for hybrid following successful probation)
