Your new role
Seeking a talented graduate designer for a role which would allow you to fast-track your career and lead a design division in a rapidly growing company – bringing their design team in-house.
A rare opportunity to grow with a business that values young energy, creativity, and leadership potential. You’ll be working directly with senior leadership, shaping entire projects from concept to completion, and eventually building your own design team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating in the pre-construction phase: schematic design, client meetings, site measures
- Leading the full design lifecycle: concept development, 3D renders, mood boards, detailed plans, elevations, FFE specifications
- Designing entire projects, not just components
- Working across diverse industries on dynamic, high-impact projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Have a Bachelor of Built Environment degree or similar
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience within a similar Design and Construction position
- Ideally have a strong understanding of fitout design requirements: lighting, mechanical and data
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Exceptional 3D rendering skills
