Your new role
As GM, People & Culture, you will lead and shape the strategic direction across all areas of People, Culture, Capability, and Wellbeing. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in embedding people-focused strategies into the broader corporate strategy. You will drive the development and direction of the People & Culture team, delivering key initiatives including succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and rewards. A key priority will be to transform the function from a traditional support service into a proactive, strategic business partnering model.
