Your new role
As Global Head of People & Culture, you will be a key member of our Global Management Team, reporting directly to the Global Chief Operating Officer. This strategic leadership role drives and delivers the global people agenda, embedding a positive culture, advancing talent acquisition and development, and evolving our Employee Value Proposition.
You’ll shape the people strategy across our regions, working closely with Regional Managing Directors and People & Culture leaders to ensure alignment, performance, and staff wellbeing across our worldwide network. Some Key Accountabilities:
Strategic & Functional Leadership
- Partner with the Global Management Team to drive strategy for a progressive and sustainable global school.
- Lead and align global P&C operations to OneSchool’s vision, values, and mission.
- Deliver workforce planning, staff wellbeing initiatives, change management, and organisational design improvements.
Talent & Performance
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain mission-aligned professionals.
- Enhance leadership capability through development frameworks, feedback programs, and performance management systems.
- Champion an evolving EVP and staff engagement initiatives including a global staff survey program.
Wellbeing & Culture
- Lead the Global Staff Wellbeing Strategy and working group.
- Foster a high-trust, positive culture that promotes psychological safety, compassion, and engagement.
Operational Excellence
- Optimise global HR systems (Dayforce), analytics, and risk management processes.
- Oversee global HR policies, compliance frameworks, and functional excellence.
Leadership & Influence
- Represent OSG’s People & Culture function in global forums and strategic initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing global team with humility, integrity, and purpose.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an accomplished Chief People Officer with substantial experience leading a global People and Culture function in a large, complex organisation. You are an accredited Human Resources professional with commensurate qualifications. Ideally, you will have:
- A global mindset and executive-level HR leadership experience.
- Proven success driving people and culture strategies with global and/or multinational experience.
- Strong ability to influence, mentor, and build alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
- A track record of building high-performance cultures and thriving workforces.
- Deep understanding of modern HR systems, workforce analytics, and organisational development.
