Contract Genesis Cloud Analyst working for a leading Telco company

Your new company

You will be working with a leading Telco company based in Sydney CBD.

Your new role

You will lead the configuration, rollout, and support of the company's Genesys Cloud CX platform across global environments. This role will play a key part in designing intelligent call flows, integrating automation, and ensuring compliance and security across their contact centre operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in Genesys Cloud CX configuration and support
  • Strong background in IVR design and chatbot development
  • Hands-on experience with NICE, Avaya, Verint platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and automation tools
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks including PCI DSS
  • Proficiency in enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Citrix, AD, SQL, SCCM
