Your new role

This exceptional role requires an astute General Manager to be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the private business in accordance with strategic and budgetary targets. Key functions of the role will include commercial and operational performance. Managing the business activities, your aim will be to ensure production, sales, and employee development initiatives are achieved and maintained. This role will also review and implement changes as necessary in production procedures and processes to optimise profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a natural leader with the ability and experience to understand and manage the financial drivers of a small to medium-sized manufacturing-orientated business. To be successful, you will need to develop relationships with the directors and manage the business day to day as demand for the company's product is growing exceptionally fast.
