• Driving revenue growth through existing accounts, reactivating lapsed customers, and securing new business.
• Leading strategic bids, tenders, and contract negotiations with end users, contractors, and distributors—particularly within the mining sector.
• Full P&L ownership for the state, overseeing Field Service, Workshop, Distribution, Customer Service, and regional branches.
• Identifying and executing growth opportunities, including new site launches and potential acquisitions.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support expansion initiatives.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with national leadership and operational teams to ensure service excellence.

• Proven experience in a General Management role, ideally progressing from Sales Leadership into cross-functional business leadership.
• Technical understanding of mechanical systems such as hydraulic equipment, diesel engines, pneumatics, or lubrication systems.
• Strong knowledge of the mining industry, including major operators, contractors, and service providers.
• Experience managing regional operations and understanding the complexities of FIFO service models.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to inspire teams and lead growth initiatives with confidence and clarity.
