Hays has partnered with a leading high-rise residential builder renowned for delivering landmark luxury apartment developments across Australia's east coast. With a proven track record constructing some of the country's most recognisable residential towers, this builder continues to secure major projects and is seeking an experienced General Foreman to play a key role on a prestigious 60+ storey development.

Your new role

• Managing and coordinating multiple subcontractor trades on site.
• Driving construction programmes and daily site activities
• Monitoring productivity and maintaining project milestones
• Ensuring WHS compliance across all work fronts
• Overseeing quality control and workmanship standards
• Managing site logistics and trade sequencing
• Supporting the Site Manager in delivering project objectives
• Leading, mentoring and motivating site teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a General Foreman on large commercial or residential projects
• High-rise construction experience, ideally on towers exceeding 20 storeys
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and methodology
• Proven ability to manage site productivity and programme requirements
• Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred
• Current White Card
