Your new client is a prominent leader in the field of commercial landscape construction and maintenance, operating extensively throughout Greater Melbourne and the wider Victoria region. For over a decade, they have built long-standing, dependable relationships with builders, developers, Architects, Local Councils and Private Clients, as well as exceptional gardening services.

Your new role

As a Qualified Gardener and Team Leader, you will join a team of 7 gardeners dedicated to maintaining gardens to the highest standards across various settings, including retirement villages, display homes, parks, and streetscapes. You will be based from Wantrina and join the team to service areas around the East and South Eastern suburbs. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Mowing (both ride-on and push)
• Brush Cutting
• Pruning & Weed Control

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of Certificate III in Horticulture or at least 4 years' experience in Garden Maintenance
• Able to lead a team
• Driving Licence
• Great eye for detail
• Can do attitude
• Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday
