Job Title: Team Leader

A leading garden maintenance company is looking for multiple experienced Team Leaders overseeing day-to-day horticultural operations, ensuring high standards of landscape maintenance and team performance at different locations in Sydney (Innerwest Area).

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support horticulture staff in daily tasks.
Maintain commercial and residential properties
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Monitor work quality and provide hands-on training.

Requirements:

Qualification in Horticulture is preferred.
Proven experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
White card
NSW driving licence.
