Your new company

Hays have partnered with a client who specialises in gardening and maintenance Victoria wide. They are a well-established company within the industry and are growing year-on-year. For this reason, they are currently seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Member to work on a specialised contract.

Your new role

As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will be expected to carry out the following duties daily:
  • Brush cutting, whipper-snipping, spray weeding and mowing
  • Common Maintenance Tasks (filling holes, changing bulbs etc)
  • Cleaning down the petrol bowsers
  • General clean-ups and removal of waste

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills/certs:
  • Ability to use an iPad – Tech Savvy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Garden Maintenance Experience
  • Cert III or above in Horticulture is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Confident with general maintenance tasks
  • MR licence is also beneficial.
