Large Enterprise Client based in Brisbane CBD have a critical role within their Enterprise Business Platform team.
Your new role
As EBP Functional Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, work with solution architects to create technical designs, and ensure that solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem align with organisational objectives.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and system capabilities.
- Process Mapping: Collaborate with teams to map current business processes and recommend improvements that leverage the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers and architects to design robust, scalable solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- Testing and Validation: Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by ensuring test cases are aligned with functional requirements and baseline documentation.
What you'll need to succeed Experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role, preferably within an enterprise IT environment.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including an understanding of capabilities, constraints, and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance considerations within enterprise platforms.
