Your new role

As the Front of House Coordinator, you’ll be the face of the business, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors and staff. This temporary role runs from
Thursday 28th August to Friday 19th September, with a 1.5-day handover alongside the current coordinator. Working independently from Monday 1st September, your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and managing visitors, including issuing access passes and maintaining records
  • Coordinating contractor visits and liaising with the building concierge
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms, including AV equipment and catering
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order across the reception and meeting areas
  • Logging maintenance requests and supporting kitchen stock management
  • Providing general support across Level 21 and troubleshooting basic tech issues


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional presence
  • Confidence in using and troubleshooting AV equipment (e.g. Microsoft Teams setups)
  • A proactive and organised approach with the ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful workspace
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or corporate reception role
  • Availability for the full assignment period and flexibility to start with a handover on 28th August
