Front of House Logistics Coordinator

Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Front of House Logistics Coordinator to join the team on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for permanency. This is a varied, hands-on role combining reception, procurement, warehouse coordination and administrative support.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of hardware, orders, and operational processes, working closely with internal teams including Sales, Engineering and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, callers and general enquiries
  • Maintain a professional and organised front-of-house environment
  • Manage incoming communications and provide administrative support
  • Receive, label, and organise incoming stock and maintain the storeroom
  • Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Prepare and allocate hardware for jobs and internal teams
  • Assist with processing purchase and sales orders within internal systems
  • Track stock, job progress, and update system records
  • Coordinate freight, courier bookings, deliveries, and collections
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, pricing and delivery updates
  • Provide basic procurement support including sourcing quotes
  • Assist with accounts administration, including invoice entry and customer invoicing (ad hoc)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Experience working across administration, stock control, or logistics functions
  • Exposure to IT, telecommunications or managed services environments will be highly regarded.
