Your new role

• Lead the organisation’s annual budget, rolling forecast and long term financial planning processes
• Manage and develop a small FP&A team in a collaborative, high performance environment
• Deliver timely, accurate monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models (including scenario and NPV analysis)
• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic initiatives, business cases and board‑level decision making
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and key regulatory or external financial reporting requirements
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, models and reporting frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified with a relevant tertiary degree
• Strong background in FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance
• Proven experience leading budgets, forecasts and complex financial models
• Advanced Excel and experience with finance systems and budgeting tools
• Confident communicator able to influence and engage non‑finance stakeholders
• A proactive leader with a commercial mindset and high attention to detail
