• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

• Organise and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and receipt of goods

• Assist customers with enquiries, provide product information, and process orders both in person and over the phone.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and store area.

• Utilise inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.

• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as required.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
