Your new company
An established national construction company that prides itself on providing an inclusive and supportive team culture requires an experienced Foreman to work on a commercial fitout project until the end of the year.

Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee finishing trades, ensuring high-quality standards are met within project timelines. Your key duties include:

  • Supervising all construction packages including detailed carpentry, electrical, plumbing and final pass trades.
  • Managing subcontractors and conducting toolbox talks.
  • Performing site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of short-term work schedules.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to meet finishing specifications.
  • Ensuring safety compliance in accordance with WHS standards.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally, a trade background but not essential.
  • Ability to problem-solve and interpret detailed drawings.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and lead tradespeople effectively.
