A major ACT construction company with an excellent project pipeline in the region is seeking an experienced Foreman to work on a new multi storey high rise development.

Your new role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for key façade and finishing elements of this project. This will include but not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate contractors on site;
• Assist the Site Manager with the management of the weekly construction program
• Work collaboratively with your project team;
• Manage and deliver the program on time;
• Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld;
• Communication with all relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, you will be a skilled tradesperson.
• Strong leadership/management skills
• Ability to problem-solve, interpret detailed drawings;
• Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
• Experience delivering large scale commercial project (town house / high rise project exp desirable)
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality construction projects
