Your new role

Looking for an experienced Senior Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations in a brand-new role. This role requires a strategic leader with the ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures, ensure operational efficiency, and align fleet management with broader business objectives. Role is based in the office 5 days a week with the potential to work 1 day at home once set up. The role will report directly into the National Facilities & Fleet Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fleet Transition: Lead the company’s shift from petrol to electric vehicles, including procurement, infrastructure planning, and sustainability initiatives

• Operational Excellence: Design and implement processes and procedures to enhance fleet efficiency, safety, and compliance

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term fleet management strategies, optimising costs, sustainability, and performance

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and procurement

• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all fleet activities meet regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices

• Technology Integration: Leverage fleet management systems and data analytics to track performance, reduce downtime, and improve service delivery

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a fleet operations team, providing guidance and fostering a high-performance culture
